House Referbishment - Mr & Mrs C – Hove

Full project and site management for the refurbishment of a 3 bed detached house in hove.
EPD were asked from the initial purchase stage to provide a full estimate of works for the entire refurbishment of the property. On acceptance, a full schedule of works was provided with regular updates throughout the job. The works were estimated at 15-16 weeks and were completed on time at the end of week 15, by the enhance team and trusted sub contractors.
Works included.

• Removal of all asbestos ceilings (by registered sub contractor)
• Structural alterations, layout changes and lintel replacements.
• Entire new roof covering and rebuild of chimney
• Fully re-plumbed, re-wired & re-plastered
• Fully insulated including replacement brick wall ties.
• New kitchen and bathroom, including 1st floor kitchenette.
• Internal & external decorations including all new floor coverings.
